Renee LA, our Award Winning Founder, Visionary Creative Director and CEO, brings 16 years of invaluable experience and a lifetime of lived experience in the disability sector. With a passion for disrupting and up-levelling the sector, Renee's efforts mirror the sentiment of "Be the change you wish to see in the world," as her work embodies the transformation she's long desired. Her advocacy and campaigning, alongside her dedication to addressing historical abuses in the disability sector, have recently been recognised on an impressive scale. Renee won the 2024 Women In Community Life 'Human Rights' award, a testament to her unwavering commitment and significant contributions to the field.

Damian is our Co-Founder and General Manager, steering the ship with 25 years of expertise in the community service sector. He operates behind the scenes, providing the solid foundation upon which our success is built. Currently, Damian is in negotiations to partner with a leading disability organisation that has recognised his talents and wants to help expand our reach. This potential partnership is a significant opportunity to help more people with disabilities, furthering our mission and leveraging Damian's extensive experience for greater impact.

Natalie, our Disability Network Coordinator, takes center stage as the welcoming face of CoCo. With her role at the forefront, she personifies our values and ensures everyone knows who we are and what we stand for. Without Natalie, our achievements wouldn't be possible.

The visit from Mayor Trent Sullivan of Greater Geelong to CoCo Support Services 'Tranquility House', represented a significant day for our community. It highlighted our mutual dedication to improving support for people with disabilities.

Mayor Sullivan’s time with us was focused on exploring ways to further support those in need. His engagement in discussions about the potential for advocacy, networking, and community involvement suggested avenues for strengthening our services.
