We Are What We Eat

The old saying is true. Food is fuel for our bodies, it gives us energy & impacts our mood. Tranquility House is here to help participants relax and find a state of calm. We know that what is consumed during mealtime plays a big part in this process.

From yummy brekkies, nourishing salads, budda bowls to wholesome main dishes and snacks, we strike the perfect balance between whole, simple, satisfying and tasty.

Food Triggers Mood

Because food triggers different moods, at CoCo we strategically choose foods that evoke desirable mood-states. Our gastrointestinal tract (also known as the second brain) is home to billions of bacteria. The food we eat directly affects our gut health & influences the production of our body's chemical messengers that are constantly carrying messages from the gut to the brain.

We have a mission to celebrate the abundance of whole, colourful plant foods, herbs, fruits, nuts, seeds & legumes sourced from local markets, health food stores and picked from our very own garden patch!

Our tasty and nourishing menu is perfectly balanced to cover the human bodies nutritional needs, help us feel better and most importantly, to taste good! Each meal is created from delectable, healthy, wholefood recipes that are mouthwateringly delicious.

Plants support our immune system with essential nutrients that you cannot get from other foods. The vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in plants help keep our cells healthy and our body in balance so that the immune system can function at its best.
